Staying in Shape with Miss Grammes

Outside of school, Miss Grammes's favorite way to spend her time is by working out: jogging, biking, aerobics, lifting weights, (you name it, she's there.) Sometimes it is inspirational to read new articles each month about fitness and living healthy. Shape magazine is a great way to survey your own lifestyle to see if you are taking care of your health and body. Maybe after reading the latest on fitness, you'll want to take a break from the computer and head for the gym!!
